About Tara Palm Jaggery:
Tara Palm Jaggery is made from the sap of organically grown palm trees in our own farm at Kunnathur, near Tirupur District. The sap is collected, boiled, and solidified using traditional methods, resulting in a rich, dark sweetener packed with minerals and flavor. Unlike refined sugar, palm jaggery retains all its natural nutrients and is free from chemicals and preservatives.

Authenticity & Process:
Our jaggery is handcrafted in small batches, using age-old techniques passed down through generations. The process involves tapping the palm tree, collecting the fresh sap, and boiling it over a wood fire until it thickens and solidifies. This ensures a product that is pure, unrefined, and bursting with natural goodness.
